By booking a session, making a payment, or using any services provided by Spitshine Studios Inc. (“Spitshine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Spitshine provides professional audio services including, but not limited to:

• Recording
• Mixing
• Mastering
• Production support
• Content capture (optional add-ons)

All services are provided on a session basis by independent contractor engineers.

• A deposit is required to secure a session booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

• Remaining balance is due at or before the conclusion of the session.
• Files may be withheld until full payment is received.

• Rates are subject to change at any time.
• Confirmed bookings will honor the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in loss of deposit.

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time
• Treat staff, equipment, and other clients with respect
• Comply with all studio rules and safety guidelines

Spitshine reserves the right to:

• Terminate a session without refund for disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

• Clients may receive rough or final mixes at the end of a session.

• Spitshine does not guarantee indefinite storage of session files.
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files.

• Audio and/or video content may be captured during sessions for operational, quality, or promotional purposes.

• Clients retain ownership of their music and creative works.

• Spitshine does not claim ownership of client content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any beats, samples, or materials used.

All engineers and personnel providing services are independent contractors.
Spitshine is not liable for individual stylistic differences or subjective preferences in creative work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Spitshine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question

Clients bring personal items at their own risk.
Spitshine is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions
• Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Spitshine reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
